Our Round Table #2 was a great success, with around 25 participants, and offered a compact, practice-oriented and highly accessible introduction to the use of AI in planning offices, as well as to the requirements of the AI Act. <\/p>\n\nThe focus was on the question of how AI and AI agents can make everyday office work easier in concrete terms. Tasks such as research, text work, structuring information, documentation and recurring organisational activities can be completed more easily and more quickly. <\/p>\n\n
Using clear and understandable examples, the event impressively demonstrated where AI can already be used effectively today and what needs to be considered when using it responsibly. <\/p>\n\n
Another important focus was the new legal framework. Participants received a clear overview of the key requirements of the AI Act and of the importance of training, transparency, traceability and quality assurance when using AI. <\/p>\n\n
The event clearly showed the great potential that AI offers for planning offices when it is used consciously, with quality assurance and in a practice-oriented way.
