Focus BIM & Rain, Stormwater<\/h2>\n\n

The first roundtable within the digiLARCH network in the year 2026 focuses on how BIM-based model for open spaces\/landscape areas can support life cycle assessment (LCA) and cost-effectiveness comparisons for climate adaptation measures, especially in rainwater and stormwater management, and enable better decisions early in the project.<\/p>\n\n

The presentation will be given by the Hochschule Osnabr\u00fcck team (Ilona Br\u00fcckner, Tammo Jochens and Mascha Viktoria Winter) from Germany. https:\/\/www.hs-osnabrueck.de\/rain2bim<\/a> <\/p>\n\n

In addition, we\u2019ll also open the floor for related activities and approaches from other countries, e.g. for Joachim Kr\u00e4ftner to present preliminary results from the Austrian INRES2 project. https:\/\/gruenstattgrau.at\/projekt\/inres2\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n

To make the topic tangible, we also include a short look at a software application that demonstrates how these methods can be implemented in practice – presented by Vilma Pylkk\u00f6 from Symetri.<\/a><\/p>\n\n
